Fulfillment Policy:
Please allow a minimum of 7 business days and up to 30 business days to get your order mailed out or your work completed. It is not often the case that our processing time takes that long however, we are making your products custom to order for you to ensure quality and freshness. In many cases I can send orders out within days but some products may need to be made fresh or made custom to ensure quality.
Our website will automatically email you your tracking number when the shipping label is created. I ship through USPS. We endeavor to ship everything safely and packaged well. We mail via USPS and we endeavor to utilize priority shipping with insurance where applicable. Should your items get damaged, lost, or stolen in transit you will be able to contact USPS for a refund of your purchase when your package is insured. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items but will work with you to accommodate you as best as we possibly can in the event that something breaks in transit and your package is not insured but you must provide us with proof that the item arrived damaged.
When your service is prepared I will email or direct message you a photo of your service. This will have your first and last name on it or a tag with your name on it will be present in the photo. This is only to identify your service as yours, this is not how I anchor your energy to your service. If your candle burns poorly you will be notified immediately.
Return Policy:
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return your unused purchase for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. No questions asked. Simply email beth@beththewicca.com or DM Beth on Instagram @beththewicca_llc and send photos and a description of why you are dissatisfied. We are not responsible for items mishandled in delivery. Should you choose to return the product for an exchange you are responsible for the shipping and may ship back the items via any carrier you choose.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reading you must do so within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations in less than 48 hours will receive a 30% refund, cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 60% refund. If you would like to simply reschedule your appointment you must contact me 48 hours in advance. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be counted as a no show. No shows will not be refunded. You will need to schedule a new appointment for no shows.
Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS on services. NO REFUNDS on readings unless otherwise specified in regards to cancellation. Returns for products are accepted and welcome if you are dissatisfied. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we will endeavor to accommodate you in some other way if possible in regards to services or readings.
